Subscription Terms

1. Triads PRO
Triads PRO unlocks all 12 keys, every chord quality,
The free version of Triads remains usable indefinitely with C-only practice and the first 3 lessons.
2. Subscription Plans
Triads PRO is available as:
Monthly, auto-renewing
Yearly, auto-renewing
Lifetime, one-time purchase (no renewal)
Current pricing in your region is shown in the in-app paywall before you subscribe. Prices vary by country in line with Apple's regional pricing tiers, and we may update tier pricing in the future. The price you see at the moment of purchase is the price you pay.
3. Billing and Auto-Renewal
Auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly) are billed in advance through your Apple ID at the start of each billing period.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Apple will charge your account within 24 hours before the current period ends.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel any auto-renewing subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep PRO access until then.
Lifetime purchases are non-cancellable but also do not renew.
5. Refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not Triads. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
We do not process refunds directly.
6. Free Trials and Introductory Offers
If we offer a free trial or introductory price, the offer will be clearly displayed in the paywall before you subscribe. Cancelling before the trial ends prevents the first charge.
7. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices in the future.
For auto-renewing subscriptions, Apple will notify you of any price increase before it takes effect, in accordance with App Store policy. You may need to opt in to the new price for your subscription to continue.
8. Family Sharing
Triads subscriptions may be enabled for Family Sharing through the App Store. Check the in-app paywall for current Family Sharing availability.
9. Restoring Purchases
If you reinstall the app or change devices, tap Restore Purchases in Settings to recover your subscription. The restore uses your Apple ID — no separate Triads account is needed.
