1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the Triads iOS app ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on iOS devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with Apple's Standard EULA, which also applies to your use of the App.
3. Subscriptions
Some features of the App require a paid subscription. See our Subscription Terms for details on billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple — Apple is the merchant of record.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by law.
Use the App in any way that violates applicable law.
Attempt to bypass purchase or licensing mechanisms.
5. Content and Music Theory
The App provides educational content about guitar triads and music theory. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all content is free of errors. The App is a learning tool, not professional musical instruction.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Triads be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
8. Modifications
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Triads operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
